Blacklisting an online casino can be a difficult process.
Sometimes it's easier than other times, depending on the
offences and allegations. The fact of the matter, however, is
that dishonest online casino operators do indeed exist. Even
online casinos who might be licensed through a reputable
gaming jurisdiction have been known to fall on the wayside of
dishonest and unethical practices.
What exactly warrants a
blacklisting? This is a good question because it is also a
common trend for small percentage of players to start bad
rumors about an online casino simply because the player lost
money or did not follow the terms and conditions for opening
an account, only to find out later on their winnings and/or
bonus money was not eligible for cashing out. If, however,
repeated allegations arise from multiple players, and the
casino in question makes no attempt to rectify problems or
address complaints, we believe that a blacklisting is in
order.
If we receive complaints from players, we will first
contact the online casino to get their side of the story. If
the casino does not respond to our initial and follow-up
emails, we will consider placing them on our blacklist,
depending on the severity of the accusations brought against
them. If the casino later rectifies the situation, and
considering there are no other unresolved issues, we will
consider removing them from our blacklist.
By no means does
Online Casinos World have a personal grudge against any online
casino or gaming operator. Nor do we seek to put anybody out
of business. However, being players ourselves, we make it a
top priority to protect other players, and will only recommend
those online casinos operating by best practices within the
